This past Monday night we got to be in our first Christmas Program! We were so excited! We have been practicing our songs since way before Thanksgiving. The 3rd through 6th grade classes, had the main part of the program, and we got to sing two songs while they were changing out the scenery.
Here are some pictures of us singing…
The K3 and K4 and 1st and 2nd grade classes also sang with us. We did a really great job! We sang “Away In a Manger” and “Silent Night”. Our parents were so proud of us, and of course Mrs. Messner was too!
A little later in the program we got to dress up in costumes to represent the first Nativity. We got to be a wise man and two shepherds. It was so much fun.
Mrs Green helping with our costumes…
Don’t we look great?
This is how we looked once we got into our spots. The K3/K4 and 1st/2nd grades were a part of the Nativity also.
How wonderful it was to be a part of this program. Mrs. Jenny Crotts, who directed to play did a great job. We appreciate her letting us be a part of the fun!
