Drew, decorating his snowflake. He was very precise about it.
Jacob had his own way of designing his snowflake
Emma and Katelyn both wanted to use all the colors of sparkle paint.
Fishing for Numbers
I love how they all waited patiently for their turn to fish. This is their all time favorite learning game by the way. ![]()
The Three Little Pigs…
The last couple of weeks we have been “studying” the story of the Three Little Pigs. We read 3 different versions of the book, all completely different from each other. Then the kids made pig and wolf masks and we acted the story out. They had so much fun and begged to keep doing it.
Emma-Percy Pig
Katelyn-Polly Pig
Drew-Pete Pig
Jacob-The Big, Bad, Wolf
“Little Pig, little Pig, let me come in!”
All the pigs gathered in their brother’s “brick house”.
Emma’s turn to be the Wolf.
Trying to blow the straw house down…
Huffing and Puffing on the brick house…
Drew-the Big, Bad, Wolf
They acted the story out so well!
Drew got so tickled he forgot to put his wolf mask up in front of his face.
Katelyn’s turn to be the wolf.
A little, shy wolf, but she played the part well.
Working on a paper about the story of “What Do Snowman Do at Night?”.
Bundled up for Winter….(we missed you this week Hannah!)
