They turned out really colorful and cute!
On Tuesday, one of our 2nd and 4th grader’s grandmother-Mrs. Ellis, stopped by with a turtle she rescued.
Mrs. Ellis tells the girls all about the box turtle. We learned lots of interesting facts!
His name is “Herman”….
Love the expression on Hannah’s face as she took the turtle for the first time. She said “I’m holding a real turtle!”
Eliana’s shoulders tell me she was a bit nervous about holding it!
On Friday, we made “L is for Lions!”
I forgot to take a picture of the finished product, but we all agreed they looked more like horses!
