Making AB Patterns Using Linking Cubes

In Kindergarten, we learn a lot about patterns and a lot of different patterns. So far we have worked on AB and ABB patterns. Today we used linking cubes to copy AB patterns as well as a few others that we haven’t even learned yet. They did a great job!

Making Thanksgiving Story Books…

We heard the story of Thanksgiving today in Bible, then created these little booklets to take home and share with our family.

Today the children could dress up as either a Pilgrim or an Indian for our Thanksgiving lunch. A few forgot, but we remedied that by quickly making Indian headbands. They all wanted to be Indians this year. (one said “no thanks” Smile)

We went to the Preschool building and sang our “Gobble, Gobble” song for them, then they sang a song about going on a hunt for us. (I’m sorry, I don’t know the name if it, but it was adorable!)

Then we had a special Thanksgiving lunch of chicken and fries from Chick-fila! Yay!!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
