School Supply List for 2014-15 School Year

I know some mommies like to a get a head start on picking up school supplies for the next school year. Here is my class supply list. These are also available in the office when you register your child.

2014/15 Kindergarten Supply List

Mrs. Lisa Messner

The following items should be labeled with the child’s name:

·         2  boxes **Crayola crayons, (24 count, classic colors only)

·         2  box **Crayola washable markers (classic colors, fat tipped)

·         2 ** Crayola water color paint set

·         1 ** Fiskars or Academic brand, blunt end, scissors

·         1 5x8 plastic school  box

·         Lunch box with ice pack

·         Back pack  with side pockets to hold sports water bottle (large enough to hold 3 ring binder and lunch box)

·         Gallon sized bag (labeled) with child’s change of clothes-underwear, socks, pants/skirt and uniform shirt

·         5, #2 pencils (orange/yellow)

·         1 child-size umbrella

·         $5.00 paid to Mrs. Messner to cover expense of STAR binder

·         1 sports type (with flip top lid) water bottle

These items will be shared within the classroom. Please DO NOT write your child’s name on any of these items:

·         1 bottle of **Elmer’s white school glue

·         2 **Clorox brand disinfecting wipes

·         2 large boxes of tissues

·         2 **Lysol spray

·         1 –box of 100 plastic spoons

·         2 pack/containers  of baby wipes (any brand)

·         1 pack white computer paper

·         1  box gallon size plastic baggies (off brand is fine)

These items may be needed at home to complete home work/makeup work:

Pencils, crayons, scissors, glue stick

Teacher Wish List:

Treasure Chest Favors- No food please. Examples include, small cars, and bubbles, small stuffed animals, pencils, erasers, stickers, etc.

Individually wrapped bags of candy (no gum)

*If planning to use Aftercare your child will need a nap mat (no sleeping bags); cover plastic mats with pillow case.

** Please purchase the Named Brand where indicated. I have found the cheaper products do NOT work as well. Thank you!
