Elementary Revival Week-With “Mrs. Sue”

This week we had our revival in the elementary department. We look forward to this week every year as it sets the tone for the school year.

Mrs. Sue, (from my church) who has had years of experience working in children’s ministry agreed to come and lead our services for us. She used a train theme, which went over very well with the kids, especially the younger ones!

We learned that there are only two choices in life-either you go to Heaven or you go to Hell, depending on the “track” you take.

The kids did a great job learning the Bible verses each day as well as 4 new songs! They enjoyed the flannel graph Bible stories each day too! Smile

I couldn’t resist taking a picture of Lyrick, after she finished her “B” page. She loved the way her bear turned out! Smile

B is for Bell

I have a “special” bell that I bring out when we learn letter B. It has sounds of different bells on it. The kids all got to come up and pick which sound they wanted it to make. I had fun trying to catch the look of delight that came on their face when it made it’s sounds.
