Easter Party Field Trip 2013

Our class was so blessed to be invited to join the Preschool and 1st and 2nd graders at Emma’s dad’s workplace-which happens to be a beautiful farm with a huge barn and great place to play games and have a hay ride and egg hunt! This is our second year to participate and once again it was so much fun! Mrs. Stacy and Mr. Rodney did a fantastic job planning all the events, right down to the food! Everyone had a great time.

Mr. Rob took pictures for me so that I could be part of the fun. My team was “Team Orange” and I was the team captain. Each teacher was a different color and we each drew names out of a bucket as to who would be on our team. Two of my students were on my team! Yay! We won 3 or 4 of the events! I had a great team!

I have a ton of pictures and tried to weed out the ones that did not turn out, but it was hard to pick which ones to post. Everyone is going to want to see their child…Ha! Ha! We had a great group of parents and grandparents that came to help us with the kids. Thank you all so much!!

The teachers were the team captains…for the first game, we had to hold our team box and catch a flying rubber duck from our team. (there were 10) My team had great aim (they were supposed to get it through the ring). I was only hit in the head a few times.
